If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

We offer a simple 7 day returns policy. We will accept and issue a refund for the cost of any unsuitable items* providing they are returned in original condition and packaging.
*Please Note: Pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable due to Health & Hygiene Regulations.

If an item is unsuitable, please follow the process outlined below:

• Items are to be returned with proof of purchase and in original packaging.

Purpose by Dezign cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Our 7 Day Returns Policy is an addition to your statutory rights.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
